White Supremacy, specifically against Black Americans, is the Foundation of the United States evidenced by the Articles of Confederation (1777); United States Constitution (1787); Slave Trade Act (1807); Fugitive Slave Laws (1850); numerous amendments to the U.S. Constitution (1865, 1868, 1870); subsequent "Black Codes"

Definition of White Supremacy

White Supremacy (noun) is the (1) belief that Caucasian people constitute a superior race and should dominate society, typically to the exclusion or detriment of other racial and ethnic groups; (2) race-based institutional and/or societal system giving privileges, goodies, and giveaways to white people over others, specifically Black peoples, regardless of racial hatred.

Definition of Terrorism

The use or threat of violence to create fear and intimidation based upon by political, ideological, or racial motives targeting civilian populations.

Definition of Affirmative Action

By force of Executive Order 8802 issued by President Franklin D. Roosevelt in 1941, government-approved racial discrimination, specifically against Black Americans, was made illegal in (1) government and defense industries. By force of Executive Order 9981 issued by President Harry Truman in 1948, government-approved racial segregation, specially against Black Americans, was made illegal in (2) U.S. Military and provided for equal treatment and opportunity for all service members, regardless of race, color, religion, or national origin.

The above United States of America Federal Laws were required to thwart, hinder, and curtail White Supremacy in the US Military (est. 1776), specifically against Black Americans.
